Step Into Life

Step Into Life has a 90% retention rate because sessions are fun and not too expensive. You’ll be exercising, enjoying the fresh air and making new friends. The first session is always free and a personal trainer advises which sessions are best for you. Trainers also provide fortnightly feedback and your fitness is reassessed every six weeks. It’s like having a personal trainer at a group session price.
